There no terribly intuitive solution for this thanks to Bill. It's less
of a problem on unix which uses - for switches and -- to signal the end of
the switch options, so

cdn -- -?

would show all files named -?.

Since you are working in os/2, you could always write

cdn \?

and your script probably already interprets this as the same match as /?
