Steven,

Frankly I don't see shifting the schedule unless you want to
change the "normal" meeting time to one hour later, 10:30.
The Programming SIG has the discipline to limit itself to one
hour. If the main topic speaker operates under the same
"restraint", then the 2-1/2 hours from 9:30 to noon should
suffice. I don't believe non-interested members should have
to "endure" the Programming SIG.
