Try

[j:\sla_dev2\wpstk]grep -lri watcom .
./config/config.cmd
./config/project.in

or

[j:\sla_dev2\wpstk]grep -lri watcom . | xargs ls -l
-rwxrwx--- 16044 Mar 24 2004 ./config/config.cmd
-rw-rw---- 7994 Apr 16 2004 ./config/project.in

As you can see, you are probably still reading old documentation which can
not be expected to be accurate.
