I appreciated the opportunity at this month's SCOUG meeting
to lay out the road map that Sheridan George had wanted. I
gave the reasons why I think we should start with the
Watcom editor and its GUI interface. I think it important that
we master the PM programming on which it relies. Once we
have that in our comfort zone I imagine we'll get pretty cocky
about mastering the rest.
To help us in this Bob Blair will provide us with an
introduction to PM programming at next month's SIG meeting.
We will use that in gaining an understanding of the internals
of the Watcom editor.
So if you haven't downloaded the Watcom product including
the source code, I suggest that you do so. Let the fun begin.
