Humm. Typical paranoid conclusion. That's not what the comment means.
The smart people that wrote the compiler certainly knew wath the code
meant. Do you think Lynn would have chosen a tool written by stupid
people? Of course, they lived with this code everyday, so they did not
really see a need to comment it very heavily. I'm sure I can find some of
your code that is much the same way.
When the code was taken open source, the boilerplate headers were added.
IAC, if you want to know where to look for specific things, just ask. I
sorta know my way around the code base.
