Well, before Uncle Lynn goes off to other matters, he would
like to make two points. One, SL/I exists as a extension of
PL/I, thus with the exception of the "range" attribute in a
declare statement and form of an assertion statement the
syntax remains identical to that of PL/I and contained in the
PL/I for OS/2 Language Reference manual, SC26-8003. Two, I
have defined the six tables of the Data Repository/Directory
numerous times and will repeat them as often as requested.

I should add a third point, if a open source PM editor with
syntax checking exists as claimed, then I have somehow
overlooked it in my search. So if at least two of you know
the name and source and would divulge it, I would appreciate
it.
