I recommend you check out

If Bob's presentations add additional knowledge to this base, then it
should be contributed. Otherwise, it is best to post his word as articles
on the SCOUG website. In this case our web editor, Carla, can assist with
organizing the content.
With regards to managing and facilitating the potential PMMail development
relaunch, I suspect that this will be done with TRAC and Subversion. See
svn.netlabs.org
for how this all works.
