Goody. I was worried that my classic rexxlib supported partial seconds
but the orexx one did not.
I just returned to L.A. for a minor emergency. Seems that one of the
in-laws put the truck he was driving into a ditch. And he didn't have
permission from the truck's owner to be driving it . . .
