They come in other distributions. If Johnny McQuack uses RexxDuck.dll
in a program he writes, he sometimes includes it in the .zip he uploads
to Hobbes. I have FILEREXX.DLL, REXXLIB.DLL, REXXMATH.DLL, RXU.DLL etc
etc which came in other distributions.
