Depends on who your definition of user-friendly. There are still quite a
few folks out there that are easily overwhelmed by duplicate posts or a
mail list with any message volume. Then there are our foreign friends who
pay by the minute for connect time.

Sure, I've got a very effective delete key and my right pinky finds it by
touch. :-)
