Robert, please understand that ducks, although often
technically gifted, being non-psittacine birds, have
rather limited interpersonal skills.
Peter is either a duck, or possibly a person under the
control of a duck through the exercise of physical
violence. In either case it is a difficult situation.

It happens in the US. Well, almost. I took my
56KFlex modem to my office approximately two miles
from home and only about one half mile further from my
ISP. While I achieve download speeds in the upper 40K
range at home, and did the same with my K56Flex modem
when it was still here, at my office, I'm often below
24K and can't get InJoy to work as well as DOIP. Go
figure...

Even in sunny Southern California there are a few users
who don't yet have frame relay access.
I get 90 to 120 pieces of e-mail daily. The fewer of
them that are duplicates or spam, the better. I like
the idea of separation. Of course one could subscribe
to all of the available Sundial mailing lists and news
lists and filter all of them into one folder, if one
chose to do so. But, the obstinacy of ducks is
legendary.

A bit over the edge, Webfoot...or, Peter.
HTH, or TIA, or cheers...

leading his Latin Jazz band], cockatiel extraordinaire.)
