SCOUG OS/2 For You - February 1998
OS/2 Help Desk
Focuses on Your Needs
4th Monday of the Month, 7 PM
After a brief hiatus, SCOUG's popular OS/2 Help Desk activity resumes this month, but on a new date and with an exciting new twist.
The Help Desk is now held on the 4th Monday of the month, concurrent with the Internet SIG. Each month, the Help Desk will have a prepared demonstration of a common problem, question, or technical issue. This month, for instance, the demonstration will be on how to download and install a FixPak for Warp 4. The purpose of this is not to limit the discussion or activities of the evening. Instead, it is intended to draw additional members to come help and be helped at the OS/2 Help Desk.
Don't worry. You'll still be able to get help installing OS/2, if that's what you need. At the same time as the FixPak demonstration - and other special demonstrations in the future - we'll also have our talented OS/2 gurus available to help you solve your OS/2 installation and configuration problems.
