SCOUG OS/2 For You - April 1998

The Results Are In

Elections were held last month, and SCOUG's new board of directors consists of:

  • President: Terry Warren
  • Vice President: Paul Wirtz
  • Secretary: Gary Wong
  • Treasurer: Tom Emerson
  • Non-Officers:
    • Mark Abramowitz
    • Tony Butka
    • Sheridan George
    • Steve Schiffman
    • Dave Watson

Congratulations to one and all!

Looking back, many thanks to outgoing board member, Dick Brainard, for his efforts on last year's board. Many, many thanks to outgoing president, Rollin White, whose devotion to this organization is unquestioned and unparalleled.

Looking forward, the newly elected members, Tony Butka and Sheridan George, will be bringing fresh perspectives to the board. Terry Warren, now as President, brings new guidance to the organization, and with Paul Wirtz as Vice President and the other continuing board members, should continue the tradition of strong OS/2 commitment.

The board of directors provide SCOUG with important management and guidance. But, they look to the membership for feedback, suggestions and encouragement. Let's give them what they need.
