Trap Screen Tip

a tip from the OS/2 Emergency Folder

If you get a trap screen, you can sometimes identify the module which caused it by copying down the CSLIM value and then running EXEINFO which will try to find the executable file with that value.

If that doesn't work, try using Theseus which is smarter than EXEINFO. Theseus works when a driver adjusts CSLIM, it can locate a driver by CS or DS values, and it can identify 32-bit drivers which are failing. You'll have to select the version of Theseus which is right for your installation (MCP and eCS use version 4).
