- XML: Extensible Markup Language

The rules used for validating an XML document.

- XSL: XML Stylesheet Language
XSL is actually two parts: XSLT which is used for tranforming an XML document into another XML document; and XSL FO which is used to define formatting semantics.
- CSS: Cascading Stylesheet Specification
CSS is the stylesheet that HTML uses. XML can also use CSS.
- SVG: Vector graphics
A specification for vector graphics. SVG may make graphics on the Web a whole new game.
