Subject: SCOUG-General: Forgot one thing

One thing I forgot to tell you is that if you use their online service
to register an ID, it cannot be updated at the moment, like changing the
contact person, etc. You also cannot apparently change any manual
registrations using the online service. It also cannot be updated by
manual methods because the manual and the online databases apparently
have some kind of a conflict. So, the word is that you best get it
absolutely correct the first time.
