I seem to recall first hearing of RAR when it
was listed as the favorite file compression
package of Gene Akins (sp?), who works for the Backmaster people
down in San Diego.
It was part of an interview that was published in
"OS/2 For You".
I can't recall, but I think the person who interviewed
him was someone named "Peter Skye"? :-)
