save your autoexec.bat file under a different name such as AUTOEX.BAT
(probably anything with a .BAT extension will do). Then go to your DOS
Properties and change the DOS_AUTOEXEC parameter to refer to your new
autoexec file.

I only know the obvious ones such as:
PATH
FILES=## (also definable in DOS Properties)
BUFFERS=## (also definable in DOS Properties)
DOS=[HIGH|LOW], [NOUMB|UMB] (also definable in DOS Properties)
DEVICE=x:\OS2\MDOS\VCOM.SYS (for com ports)
DEVICE=C:\OS2\MDOS\VSVGA.SYS (for video driver)
SET TEMP=
You may just want to alter the FILES, BUFFERS, and DOS= parameters only in
the DOS Properties of your DOS Program.
Hope this helps,
Patrick
