 I don't know who posted the link on that site but before you start   
downloading 30+ megs, I should warn you that this is the source   
archive, not compiler binaries.   
 
 There is a binary release version 0.8.5 available on the FTP   
(ftp://ftp.openwatcom.org/watcom/openwatcom/bin_0.8.5/). A binary    
0.9.5 release will hopefully be released within a week or so.
