Neshat -

The term "link" has two meanings. If you want to use a "linker" to
"link" programs which you are writing and compiling, then as far as I
know you can't.

But if you want to have a network with an OS/2 machine and another
machine which has a different operating system, then the programs can
trade data and signals. One simple method is to have each program
create a control file and have each program look at the other control
file(s) and watch for any changes.
