I'm not sure what you meant by "can we link programs write in the other
operating systems to a program write in
os/2?"
For one thing, programs are NOT written in OS/2; they are written in programming languages such as COBOL,
PL/I, C, C++, Pascal, assembly language, FORTRAN, etc.
Please clarify your question.
