Oh, that's bad.  It should bring up the dialog box.  Make sure config.sys  
is less than 600 lines and make sure it ends with a blank line and that  
this line ends with a carriage return/newlince combo.  
 
If get fails get pmdll from Hobbes and try:  
 
  pmdll cd \os2\install\dspinstl.exe  
 
Let me know the results.
