That's true. I installed the SciTech driver and it works flawlessly for
me. On the SciTech site they have a *.TXT file, documenting the adapter
cards that work with SciTech. Download it to your computer and review it
for your particular card.

Also, another plus on the SciTech driver is that once you install the
driver (using a video card that the driver supports), you can change out
your video card to any other one that SciTech supports and all you have
to do is change the card. When you boot up with the new card it will
work properly. You will not have to first change to VGA. Instead, you
will have the correct resolution that you previously set up on your
system with the SciTech driver. You may have to change the horizontal
and/or vertical adjustments, that's all.

Instead of spending a lot of time with the driver installation on your
present card, you should check out SciTech and see if it supports your
card.
