Ping didn't fail, it just hung there. I stopped it finally with Ctrl-C.

I also noted that the iptrace kept looking at 255.255.255.255, which is
something Injoy uses. Could it be that Injoy is getting in the way here?

>Could be a driver problem. Try this:

> - Open a command window
> - Start iptrace
> - Open another command window
> - Issue ping and wait for it to fail
> - Switch back to iptrace window and press enter to terminate iptrace
> - Issue the command netstat -n >netstat.lst
> - Issue the command ifconfig lan0 > ifconfig.lst

>>There must be some way to trouble shoot this.
