Could be a driver problem. Try this:
- Open a command window
- Start iptrace
- Open another command window
- Issue ping and wait for it to fail
- Switch back to iptrace window and press enter to terminate iptrace
- Issue the command netstat -n >netstat.lst
- Issue the command ifconfig lan0 > ifconfig.lst

Post copies of:
protocol.ini
lantran.log
iptrace.dmp
netstat.
