Peter is correct. You need to start pulling parts. Start by pulling
everything, RAM, disk drive cables, the works except for the keyboard.
Then power on the system. You should get the "no memory beep". If this
matches what you're already getting, you either have bad RAM or a blown
MB. If not, reinstall the RAM, cycle power and listen to the beeps. Then
the video card.
I would also blow out the dust, reset the CPU and press on all the
socketed chips.
