I installed Lotus SmartSuite 1.5 plus the 1.5.1 upgrade.
When I open a document in WordPro and try to print it, my system freezes.
I have to do a reset to get out of there. There are no error messages. I
click on the Print icon, I get the print instruction box, I click on OK,
and the box closes and then nothing. I can't even do the kill command.
Is there a fix for this? Should I try uninstalling and reinstalling it? Is
there some troubleshooting I can do?
