Thanks Paul.
Further playing around reveals that if I boot OS/2 from floppies, delete
and reinstall boot manager, I can get back into OS/2. But as soon as I go
into Windows 2000, boot manager gets corrupted again and I am back where I
started.
For the time being, I am trying System Commander, a third party utility,
to see if that will work around the problem.
