This is the way it works. I don't know way IBM chose to implement it this
way, but they did. The Help attempts to explain it, but fails to define
all the applicable terms.
The top window shows all installed drivers. The drivers associated with
the printer object are highlighted. I don't know the meaning of
associated, so don't bother to ask. :-) I've tried Ctrl-click to turn the
association on/off, but this seems to have no permament effect. It's
possible the association was defined at the time the driver was installed.
Just a guess on my part.
The bottom window shows all the candidates for the default driver for this
object. The current default is highlighted.
This is a different default than the one selected from a printer object's
RMB menu. The RMB menu selects the default printer object.
At the end of the day, unless you override it, your application is going
to print to the default printer object and this object will print using
its default printer driver.
