Assuming you are only a Java user and not a developer, go to ftp.hursley.ibm.com;
then go to the /pub/java/fixes/os2/11/118/ directory and download RUNTIME.EXE to
the same drive as your OS/2 installation. RUNTIME.EXE is a self-extracting file. It will
ask if you want to replace existing files. Respond with A (for "yes to all").
