If you're on the DFSee mail list, post there -- Jan is very good about
getting back to people. Basically he'll have you generate two log files
and send them to him, he'll take a look at those log files and then
advise you.
I *think* the two log files are generated with dfsinfo.cmd and
dfsunfd.cmd.
