This could be a timing issue.

Well, if you wish, try again with iptrace running and I will take a look
at the trace output. With luck, I should be able to tell if the problem
is in your TCP/IP setup or somewhere else.
You might also review what Sandy needed to do to get his setup working.
He needed to update the tcp/ip printing compenents because he was still
using the original base level 16-bit TCP/IP applications.
