I forget you were running MCP. In that case, the files will have newer
dates, but they will be essentially unchanged. The same procedures apply.
Just get the files off the MCP CD.

If you actually did what I suggested and used the Warp4 files, my method
would produce a working BOOTOS2 partition capable of maintaining your MCP
setup without problems.

BOOTOS2 uses the diskettes by default but, you can easly point it to the
CD using the SOURCE parameter. See BOOTOS2.DOC where it discusses
pointing to CID images and so on. The CD is essentially a CID image.

FWIW, the maintenance partitions of my laptop which is running
Warp4/FP15/14.085_W4 were Warp4 no FP's until yesterday. They have been
working fine for over two years. On a whim, I copied the FP15 files in
place, so they are now running at the same level as the production
partiition. However, this was not really neccessary since they worked
perfectly before.

>Sorry for my intervention but this is inbelievable !!!

That's OK. Questions are good, especially when you don't understand
something. :-)

I'm sure the problem would be simple to fix, if you decide you want to.
