Keep in mind that Mozilla is beta software. Sometimes the most recent
release will contain new defects. You have a couple of options. One is
to revert to v1.0. The Second is to try today's v1.1a+ build. :-)

Probably nothing.

Anything is possible.

One thing you might want to consider is to use MOZILLA_HOME to place your
profiles outside the Mozilla application directory. This makes using and
installing different versions of Mozilla really easy. I maintain dual
installs, one v1.0.1 and one v1.1a+. Since Mozilla needs nothing in PATH
or LIBPATH, I can start one or the other by clicking on an object.
