Wayne, note that checkini makes a copy of your two OS2*.INI files
(OS2.INI is saved as OS2SV.INI and OS2SYS.INI is saved as OS2SYSSV.INI).
If you accidentally zap something in one of the OS2*.INI files that you
later want, just restore these two files to your \OS2\ directory. I
rename the *SV* files created by checkini with a DRIVE-YYMMDD-HHMM tag
to keep track of them, like this:
6-02-02 3:11p 1890874 0 OS2SV.INI-G-20020602-1511
6-02-02 3:00p 892206 0 OS2SYSSV.INI-G-20020602-1500
I keep several generations back. I also keep the OS2*.INI files that
are backed up by UniMaint and that are backed up during my daily
backup. Paranoia.
