That is odd. I have not seen this failure before. Are you sure you are
using the most recent version of Henk's Tools:

wptool32 .zip 405,789 .... 3-15-00 9:23:32

That's what I would do. Once you get to where you can't go any further,
e-mail me a copy of checkini.log and I'll take a look at it. If you are
going to do this, run checkini as:

checkini /w /s

This will produce a much detailed log which might be somewhat overwhelming
to most, but I find it helpful at times.
