eCS/MCP/Warp4 FP13+ all have the v4.5 designation. There is not v4.5x,
TTBOMK.

It should not matter, but there's no benefit for it to be on and it costs
a small amount of memory to have it enabled. The option made sense for
DOS in the days of slow ROM's.
