It's working when I just checked.
If a site doesn't respond, first run PING:
ping www.scoug.com
and see if you get a response. PING will tell you if the TCP/IP stack
on the machine is online (the reply to PING is generated by the stack).
If there's no response, run a TRACERTE (TraceRoute) to see where the
failure occurs:
tracerte www.scoug.com
which will take a minute or so as the responses slowly appear on your
screen. Wait for it to complete and you'll see all the connections
between you and the target.
