Hi Harry
get the newest Kernel (14.089e_W) from testcase !

ALT+F1 with the booting blob on top left after BootManager's
Choice
presents you the Recovery Menu ;-))

Normally I have a preset stop of 3 seconds before continuing the
boot procedure ...
... I had set it off to test this discussed behavior and realized:
It's working properly ;-)

Have a nice day !
Regards, svobi

Subject: SCOUG-Help: newest kernel on IBM testcase !

Svobi and Steven,
I installed kernel 14.085.W4 last night. I still cannot use
ALT-F1 to
get to a menu. I tried 4 times. I tried pressing (and then
releasing)
the keys just after the white rectangle appeared, pressing the
keys all
through the white rectangle and until the blue Warp welcome
screen, and
finally pressing the keys before and all during the white
rectangle.
Nothing!
