You might have a corrupted index or mail data file.
To rebuild a corrupted index, delete the *.snm file for the problem
folder. When you restart NS, it will get rebuilt.
To rebuild a corrupted mail data file, you will have to edit it with a
capable editor, such as EPM, and delete/correct the corrupted message.
