I don't know. But I DO know that Microsoft worked with them to develop
it. I don't have that service, so I can't tell you whther or not it needs
a service call.

Yes, I do. Though if I open the DHCP monitor, i can see things indicating
a renewed lease, to name one. But I haven't seen any signs of losing a
connection, though I haven't done close checking. The IP remains the
same, though.

sort of. i've gone to a few of those benchmarking sites, and have found
that my transfer rates are on the high to very high side compared to most
others in the same class. Go to one of those, and you may see entries
from me.
