Yes, it is hard to say exactly what happened. Get get the trace facility
up and running, see:
http://home.earthlink.net/~steve53/os2diags/TraceRef.txt
For general file traces, I start with (after unwrapping):
trace on
os2krnlr(54,211,56,213,55,212,57,214,58,215,59,216,60,217,61,218,99,256,98,255,425,424,471,470,32,189,451,450,63,220,85,242,79,236)
trace on /n:TRCEXEPATH
Replace TRCEXEPATH with name of the lotus notes applications (i.e.
lnotes.exe or whatever it is). This is not strictly necessary, but cuts
down on uninteresting trace events.
