I ypgraded Unimaint from 5.10.xx to 5.10.23 by installing the upgrade over
the existing files.. What a mess.

The baseline.txt file is supposed to show all files that were installed. I
can't find uni.cfg anywhere. getlevel.exe is in g:\unimaint instead of
g:\unimaint\install. These files are in C:\ and G:\unimanit\install\:

shsinst.exe
shsinst.hlp
shsinst.inf
U5101155.csd
acresdereg.cmd
csd_inst.txt

When I browsed, no subsidiary folders or files appeared in g:\unimaint;
instead I got only c:\ and one file, shsinst. I installed Unimaint on c:\
initially and then moved it to its present location on g:\; I think I just
deleted the files on c:\ then reinstalled on g:\. Is it possible the
files in C:\ were left over from the installation on c:\?

The installation did not replace the g:\unimaint\infozip\ or the
g:\unimaint\txt\ files with the later and frequently larger ones listed in
baseline.txt.

acresdereg.cmd apparently deregisters something the upgrade did not. I
ran it and noticed that it said to reboot and apply the CSD again. (I
rebooted but have not applied the CSD again. Do I have to? I also
haven't added the line SET UNIMAINT=C:\OS2\OS2.INI and rebooted to repair
the bug in Uniwatch which keeps it from finding the Unimaint OS2.ini
entry>)

What did I do wrong or what am I misunderstanding?

Thanks

Jack
