You will also want to add SWBAR, which makes life so easy; from  
the readme:

 because zipfile didn't have any documentation when I downloaded it  
 from local bbs.  
 Short description:  
 
 Swbar is a PM Utility that enhances switching between sessions in OS/2.  
 It is activated by dragging the mouse to the bottom of the screen.  
 You can switch between sessions by clicking the mouse. There are some  
 user configurable options available by clicking another mouse button.  
 User configurable options are:  
	space between items (icons)  
	icon border width  
	hide - timeout (in seconds)  
 Utility is quite self-explanatory...
