Hi Tom
Compliments to your listing of OS/2 Must Have ;-)

I do agree with you but have to mention a warning regarding
CleanINI !
I have read and also personally faced some problems after using
it ;-(
So I was happy of having a proper working archive to put back a
proper
restore ;-)

Another problem: It is on V 0.55 since a very, very long time ...
... there seems to be either no progress anymore or the
developper has
given up !?! I do not know !

Myself, instead of CleanINI, would declare WPtools CheckINI as
absolutely
essential ;-)

Thanks for your efforts of listing your OS/2 Must Have's ;-))

Cheers, svobi

Subject: SCOUG-Help: Most essential programs to install

Everyone has his own list. There used to be a site called
musthave.com,
but it seems to have gone away. Here is a partial list that I
have
gathered over the years. It is NOT complete. I have tried to
include the
source URL. You may not need some of these right away, butyou
will
probably need most sooner or later. If anyone can tell me about
other
candidates for this list, please do!
