Hi Jordan
I assume you may mismatch something:

ThirdEYE and WarpVision !?

These products are nor the same nor
do I know if the developpers are the same ;-(

As I experienced and know: ThirdEYE supports many, many cameras
...
... and Eugene's assistance and Andy's support to make my exotic
Ricoh RDC-7
was unbeatable excellent ;-))

I can't say anything else or better ;-)

Cheer's, svobi

I'm glad that you had a good response from this team.
When I was writing the article on WarpVision and seeking some
basic info
and comment from the developers of that product, they totally
blew me off.

I have continued to d/l and test their new releases as they come
out.

And you know what ? Their program still doesn't work at all for
a very
hefty portion of the video files one encounters.

If there are any tricks regarding how to work around these issues
with WV,
we may never know, because they aren't talking.

Jordan
