A few weeks ago my second hard disk
crashed and had to be replaced (it was
under warranty). I have managed to
create a boot partition on my primary
hard disk and to resume some but not
all of the applications. I tried to
use LVM to create new partitions on the
replaced disk. LVM lets me create
partitions (also delete and change
partition and volume name). However
on the logical view none of the
partitions from the new hard disk show
up even after re-booting. What am I
doing wrong?
