I get something similar, too. In my case it sounds more like my ISP's spam killer has found something
and is telling me about it. If the mail is from someone I want to hear from I'm supposed to have them
fix what ever it is that is making the spam killer think the message is spam.
I don't bother to reply since most of the messages come from an unknown source.
