Suddenly my MS Word program, part of MS OfficePro 4.51 that I have been
running under WinOS2 for years, is coming up with an error on startup:

"You must exit Windows and load SHARE.EXE in order to run Word"

I found a SHARE.EXE program in D:\OS2\SYSTEM\ folder... it is dated 8/12/96
and is 8720 bytes. (D: is my OS/2 systems partition, Warp 4 fp15)

Tried adding a run=d:\os2\system\share.exe to my config.sys (config.sys
hasn't changed recently... I didn't know what else to do) but then got a
bootup error message saying it wasn't a valid program.

Tried searching for SHARE.EXE on my Warp4 cdrom, and on WarpUp cdrom, but
apparently the format on those cdroms isn't condusive to searching for a
particular file, so nothing found.

Haven't made changes to my OS/2 system partition lately (actually, that
entire hard drive) although I have made some changes to my Win95 bootable
partition on a different hard drive. Another partition on that Win95 hard
drive contains the MS OfficePro programs I use with OS/2 (I use a later
version of OfficePro when I'm booted under Win95, but rarely... that version
is on the Win95 C: drive).

MS Excel and MS Access both seem to be working OK.

Ideas, anyone???

Wayne
