Anyone know anything about the different file systems for CD's and their
use in OS/2? I have 2 CD units in my machine and as they boot to the
CDFS filesystem.
As long as I have a data CD in a drive, I can see the contents of that
drive, using the OS/2 drive folder, or FileStar. However, if I switch to
a music disk, for example, then I cannot use the drive folder or
FileStar. I can still access the music CD through RSJ, however (play the
CD, see the track info, etc).
Are there other installable CD file systems for OS/2? For example, can
you install UDF? Is there a way to go from a data CD, to a music CD, etc
and use the normal OS/2 facilities to read the drive?
Thanks for your advise.
